“Nature as a role model”…
“Nature as a role model”…
For a perfect result, it is necessary to copy nature as closely as possible. This applies to the care of your own teeth and especially when it comes to the care of dental implants.
This is exactly where our core competencies lie. We offer surgical procedures at the highest level in state-of-the-art facilities and a discreet environment. To make this possible, we have a separate surgical procedure room (OR) with an attached recovery room (including changing room and shower) and our own anesthesia team.

We see ourselves not only as dentists, but rather as specialists for your quality of life. It is precisely here that implantology plays an important role. Because an implant is the best way to replace lost teeth in a manner that is gentle on the teeth and in harmony with biology.
Implants come in a wide variety of designs in terms of length, diameter, thread or material. They can be used directly when a tooth is removed (immediate implantation) or after a certain period of time when inflammation is still healing or lost bone substance has to be built up (delayed implantation).
An implant can be used to anchor a single tooth crown, but can also be used in combination with several implants as the basis for a complete upper or lower jaw restoration. Due to our more than 18 years of implantological activity, we have profound knowledge in implantology. This gives you the security of putting your dental health in the hands of an experienced doctor.
Healthy bones for strong implants: Creating a strong, reliable foundation for implants is the goal of every bone augmentation measure.
Adequate bone supply is not only particularly important for the natural appearance of an implantological restoration, but also for its long-term success. Because only a healthy and well-nourished bone can serve as a stable bed for your implant in the long term.
For this reason, it is desirable not to allow any bone resorption to take place in the first place. That is why we attach particular importance to gentle tooth removal that preserves bone substance.
Depending on the extent of the existing bone resorption, there are a wide variety of options for rebuilding the bone: This ranges from simple bone augmentation directly during tooth extraction (socket preservation) to external and internal sinus lifts (in the event of bone loss in the lateral upper jaw) to 3D milling that is individually tailored to the patient -Bone blocks for the reconstruction of entire jaw sections.
For this purpose, a DVT of your jawbone is created in advance of the operation and the bone to be replaced is made using CAD/CAM processes. This creates an extremely precisely fitting bone transplant, with which difficult initial situations can be solved in an excellent manner.
Bone formation is not the same as bone formation. That is why we take the time to discuss the technology that is suitable for you with you in detail in a personal meeting.
The gums are bleeding or receding, bad breath is noticeable or a tooth is even loosening. These are the first signs of bacterial inflammation of the periodontium.
In addition to the inherently problematic effects of this disease, such as receding gums and bones (resulting in teeth becoming loose and having to be removed), the bacteria, in combination with an often misguided inflammatory response initiated by the body, cause inflammation and aggravation far away from the mouth other pre-existing conditions.
Periodontitis negatively affects:
diabetes
cardiovascular diseases
the preterm birth rate in women
rheumatoid arthritis / osteoarthritis
stroke
In general, all inflammatory diseases occurring in the body are worsened by periodontitis, which is why the treatment of what appears to be a minor inflammation of the gums at first glance is a possible key factor in the treatment of other inflammatory or chronic diseases.
Services of our periodontitis therapy at a glance:
Periodontitis prophylaxis – to protect against inflammation and early detection of inflammation risks
Biochemical test procedures – as a basis for an individual treatment plan
Laser therapy – for a gentle but effective cleaning of the periodontal pockets
Surgical periodontitis therapy – minimally invasive procedure to remove inflamed tissue
Systematic maintenance therapy – individual concepts to ensure the success of the treatment
Our periodontitis therapy is based on modern, gentle and gentle methods. We treat the chronic infectious disease with individually tailored, multi-stage therapy concepts. Consistent and continuous.
Teeth belong in the mouth and not in the glass of water. Who doesn’t want healthy and strong teeth into old age?
Unfortunately, this is not granted to everyone. Often the answer is a total or partial denture. Associated with this is the renunciation of many small things in life that make life worth living.
Fixed Teeth
just bite into an apple
free palate
taste everything again
no adhesive cream
no pressure points
With the “fixed teeth in one day” concept, it is possible to create the conditions for fixed, implant-supported teeth in just one operation. The terms often associated with this, such as “All on 4”, “Fast & Fixed” or “ProArch” stand for the same implantological surgical method, which is advertised by different manufacturers under these different names.
For this purpose, all inflammation and destroyed teeth are removed in an operation (under general anesthesia) and between four and six implants are placed in the jawbone.
The implants, which are firmly anchored in the jawbone, are then fitted with a fixed provisional bridge, which was already made before the operation.
After about four months, this temporary bridge is replaced by the definitive (final) teeth. This is done completely painlessly and without great stress.
We would be happy to advise you on this topic and fulfill your wish for fixed teeth in just one day.
Hand on heart – who likes to go to the dentist? To be honest – hardly anyone.
If the thought of a visit to the dentist triggers such a paralyzing fear that a visit to the dentist is no longer possible instead of a slightly uneasy feeling, this is referred to as a so-called dental phobia. This extreme form of dental fear is not uncommon – about 5 to 10% of all adults suffer from it. Traumatic experiences in the past, which could neither be processed nor positively documented, are usually the cause of dental fear.
Problematic consequence of dental phobia:
The tooth damage increases even more if the anxious patient does not attend check-up appointments and does not allow further health maintenance measures on the teeth. But the greater the need for treatment, the higher the inhibition threshold. The fear is then compounded by the shame of being judged by the practice team. Feelings of guilt, resignation and helplessness unjustly arise.
Let’s break this vicious circle: Our practice clinic is specially designed to carry out dental treatments under anesthesia. From tooth cleaning to complex operations, all procedures can be carried out with a maximum of safety and professionalism.
Our practice clinic has a separate treatment room (OP/surgery room) and a recovery room with a private bathroom. Incidentally, all preliminary appointments are completely painless, because we do not perform any interventions here. It is exclusively about topics such as treatment options and alternatives, discussion of the cost plan, information about general anesthesia, the possible date of the procedure and what to do afterwards. You sleep through the procedure itself. A specially trained anesthetist and anesthetist will look after your well-being throughout the anesthesia.
This gives us the opportunity to devote our full attention to you and your teeth. After the treatment, you can come to us after a short wake-up phase
(depending on the length of the treatment 1 to 2 hours) leave accompanied.
Your advantages:
Reduction of dental appointments to a minimum
Absolutely reliable, total elimination of pain through general anesthesia
Waking up in a relaxed atmosphere
Immediate result visible
Hygienic mouthfeel by eliminating inflammation and broken teeth (residual dentition that is not worth preserving)
We would be happy to advise you in a relaxed atmosphere about your individual options.
